Unblock Car

Unblock Car is a sophisticated Linear-Constraint and Axis-Locked pathfinding puzzle. The technical core is based on "Gridlock Resolution," where vehicles are restricted to moving only along their major axis within a cramped 6x6 matrix. It is a pure test of spatial forecasting and heuristic search, designed for players who enjoy multi-step logical deduction and the challenge of minimal-move efficiency.

The grid contains several vehicles (cars and trucks) and one primary "Red Car." Your goal is to move the Red Car to the exit on the right side of the board. Interaction involves dragging blocking vehicles horizontally or vertically. You must clear the "Escape Vector" by shuffling the other cars. The difficulty escalates as vehicles become "Interlocked," requiring you to move one piece just to gain a single cell of clearance for another.

To reach high scores, master "Bottleneck Tracing." Identify the "Master Blocker" (the vehicle directly in front of the exit). Trace its movement path to see what is blocking it, and then what is blocking that piece. By working backward from the goal, you avoid redundant moves. A pro tip is to "Maximize Long-Vehicle Movement" first; trucks take up 3 cells and are harder to shuffle, so positioning them at the edges of the grid early is key to opening up the central "Swapping Zones."
